Although in the northern hemisphere we are now travelling towards winter, in the southern hemisphere it will now be spring. There is true beauty in all the seasons
and there are hidden messages even within fallen leaves.
Perhaps it is now time to take stock and actually think about new plans and new beginnings? Maybe it is time to let old or outmoded ideas fall with the leaves.
Autumn is a good time to sweep away things that you no longer want or need in your life. The same as spring cleaning only in reverse. If you have a situation that you feel you have outgrown, write the details briefly on a small piece of paper, wrap an Autumn leaf that has fallen from a tree round this paper and secure with a rubber band. Now you can either bury this leaf in the ground or throw it in to a lake or stream, thus getting rid of your old ideas or bad energy, so you can start anew.
